Sindh Food Department Assistant Food Controller & Junior Clerk Jobs 2025 Latest Advertisement
The Government of Sindh Food Department has announced new job opportunities for Assistant Food Controller (BPS-15) and Junior Clerk (BPS-11) across multiple districts including Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, and Larkana. A total of 45 vacancies are available for the Assistant Food Controller post and 35 vacancies for Junior Clerk positions. Candidates applying for Assistant Food Controller must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Commerce, or Finance, while Junior Clerk applicants must have Graduation along with a 6-month MS Office certificate. It is mandatory for all applicants to pass the STS Graduation Category Test with at least 40% marks. The age limit for both posts is 21 to 28 years, with relaxation as per government rules. Interested candidates can apply online through the official Sindh Government Job Portal within 15 days of the advertisement date. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.
Sindh Government Unban Appointments of BPS-01 to BPS-04
The Government of Sindh has ended the ban on hiring for BPS-01 to BPS-04 posts, allowing departments to continue the recruitment process announced in 2021–22. The validity of the earlier Selection Committee meetings has now been extended until 30 June 2026. This means offer letters can be issued in districts where all records are complete and verified, including the advertisement copy, vacancy details, committee minutes, and quota requirements. Once all formalities are fulfilled, the concerned authorities will issue offer letters as per government rules.
